Hello everyone!!! Finally, after almost a year of not blogging, I finally had the courage to start a post again. I am very happy to be doing this and I really hope to be able to keep up to it. I miss sharing projects and just about anything I love doing. The past year had been very good and busy for me - with my son, family and work but in order to keep my sanity, I still scrap and create.
I will post new and some old projects I have done in the past months. I just want to have a record or all my works here in my blog. Please bear with me.
Last weekend, I just attended my very first Scrapbooking Retreat. It was fun and I was in great company the whole weekend. I was able to scrap a few pages which I will share with you in the next couple of posts. And I also did a few cards using some of the new Memory Box dies.
Here are my cards....

Out of the Box - a "ME" layout..
I entered a 4 week challenge which was giving away a cuttlebug for a prize. I really did not expect anything from this challenge (thought i really want that cuttlebug! hihi) because they would only be allowing 8 contestants to participate. They asked for a link to the blog of all those who wanted to participate, then they will announce the lucky 8 contestants. I'm so happy that they let me participate.. yes I'm one of the 8 contestants to play. Every week, two will be eliminated from the contest. Can you just imagine who my heart was palpitating everytime i wait for the results? I made it until round 3. I got eliminatedafter that round... Too bad because there only 1 more round to go. But it was a fun experience... did not win (bye bye cuttlebug) but at least I was able to make more new LOs.
This is one of the LOs I've submitted. They gave us the new CK magazine as an inspiration. You can use the layout of the magazine or the colors, etc.
It is very difficult for me to make a "me" layout. First, it so difficult to compose something about myself. Second, rarely do I have a solo picture. But here's another try at this....

I've been very busy...
This past week was i think my most busiest interms of my scrapping... Some of my relatives and friends asked me to do a little something for them. They ask me to make a few gift items which they can give their friends and officemates this Christmas. I've already posted about the name tags... I've made a total of 13 name tags for my sis-in-law, 44 notepads, 7 altered clocks; 8 altered tin cans and 1 layout in exchange for some scrapshopping money hihi! not to mention fashion accessories - yup im also into that hehehe... It was fun doin' all of these though at times, the deadlines that were set drives me crazy and sometimes sleep deprived... O well, its ok, it just happens once a year so why not grab the chance to let you earn a little while doing you most favorite thing to do... Here are some pictures of my finish projects...

Thanks for viewing!!!

My Projects using Studio Azul's Kit
i got the "bye bye baby kit" from Mia & Tin during Joanne's despidida party. I got easily attracted to the materials that was included in the kit... It was not my usual kind of PPS but I would like to give it a try... unfortunately, wasn't able to consume all that's in the kit due to time constraints. But Im very happy to be able to make 4 LOs and 2 Cards. If I already have the luxury of time, i will finish the kit off...
