Buzz and Bloom Sneaky....

Lately, I'm so addicted in watching Korean and Chinese Tv Dramas that I have neglected my blog. You should try watching them... they are so cute and at least it lessens my being "homesick" not that I understand their language... (of course I'm watching the ones with english subtitles below) but at least I'm always looking forward to its next episode hihi! But anyway, enought of the Tv Dramas, of course i'm still scrapping.... I just don't update my blog as often... but will really try again this time hihi... I have lots of layouts to share... and I'm so excited about them. 2010 Buzz and Bloom - This Boy Turns 5

My son Harvey is growing up really fast. I wish I can make time stand still to be able to enjoy more of his baby years... He will be turning 5 this 27th February. And my only wish is for him to be happy - in school, in our new home, in everything that he does. And for this, I have made my very first project for Buzz and Bloom just for him. Just wanna show the world how big he has become. Here is are sneak peeks of my layout. I would like to invite you to the Buzz and Bloom blog to see my page there. Mystical Scrapbooks Cybercrop!!!!

December and a couple of layouts made...

Wow! its already December!!! This will be my first Christmas away from my family in the Philippines... I will surely miss them. Actually, I am already missing them.

Spending Christmas here will surely be different.. of course, it will still be fun because I have Henry and Harvey with me, But i Just dont know what to expect hihih! All I know is that it is all part of the experience and the adjustment here.

I have been scrapping... but a few days ago, i got ill and needed to rest.

Here are some of the pages I was able to create...

First is a layout I made for Mystical Scrapbooks using My Little Shoebox paper range that is available in the Mystical Store!!! I made this based on a sketch I made.Closeup...Title: Australia

I enjoyed creating this mini book... this contain a few of our first photos here in Sydney. And I was so lucky to be able to use this Tabbed Book Kit: Aussie from Buzz and Bloom... just perfect for my photos....

Cards Galore!!! for Buzz and Bloom

I'm not a card maker.... but it is always fun to try. Assignments like these takes you out of your shell and try for things you normally would'n t do. CHA Mini for Buzz and Bloom

Sorry if it took me a couple of days to post this. Been trying to catch up on my scrapping and so far I'm really enjoying it.
Here are a few pics of the minibook I've made for the recent CHA for Buzz and Bloom.

I had so much fun creating this... so much misting and painting in this project. You should try doing this.Don't forget that Buzz and bloom is having their DT call for 2010 and there is also an ongoing Tabbed book kit challenge.

Buzz and Bloom CHA Layouts and a few more Updates.

Hello! I'm still here hihi!. I haven't updated my blog for 2 weeks!!! and I feel terrible. So many things are going on and I really hope I'll settle soon. As you all know, just made a big move over here and then a few days ago, we finally moved into our own place. Our weekend was spent on cleaning the floors and drawers, applying for internet, buying some groceries etc.... ( i can go on...).
Harvey right now is having fever. I really wish it would go away soon. There are 2 things (that i could think of right now) that I don't want to happen to us here in Australia. One is losing a job and the other one is having someone sick in the family. I really feel helpless right now. And I miss having my family around everytime Harvey is sick. They give me so much support and help everytime Harvey is in such situation. Right now, I feel that we are really on our own now and I really miss having them around. And just last night too, a strong typhoon hit the Philippines. There are floods everywhere. My aunt called me last night to inform me that flood waters came inside our house in the Philippines. I was so shock because this is the first time that had happened to our place. All of our stuff are in the balikbayan boxes ready to be shipped here are now soaking wet! And it includes, my finish layouts and work as well as most of my scrapbook materials. I feel like crying!!! It really feels bad when you cant do anything to save your stuff and of course to help my relatives there. sigh!

On the lighter side... I have a few layouts for Buzz and Bloom for the recently concluded CHA. I love their new products which had also won them 1st place CHA Innovations. I have used the New Cords and Demin on these.

I have also created a mini fabric album for the CHA show. Will be posting it in my next blog update. Please watch out for it.

I love collecting journaling blocks. And im so happy Buzz and Bloom also carries some chipboard writer's block which you can write and alter. For this page, I have used a couple of BNB products whick i painted, inked, distressed...

Buzz and Bloom Stamps!!

Did you know that Buzz and bloom also offers stamps? They have it in rubber and acrylic too! For my assignment, I was asked to use these gorgeous rubber stamp on my page. And here is my page.... For this project, I used UMS: Pretty Things III unmounted rubber stamps. I used it as a photo corner and a light background in by paper base...

Close-ups...I used stamps to create photo corners for my layouts. I stamped the image, embossed it, cut into half diagonally, and there you have it - elegant photo corners!I used another stamp from the same sheet to give additional texture to my background. I also embossed it, but this time shook off some of the powder for a lighter feel.Title: Us
