Scrappin in Cavite

I'm so excited for this day to come. Actually, we have been practically planning this a few weeks now and finally it did happened yesterday November 22, 2008 at Alby's place.

This is my second time to be invited to her home. And before i start describing how fun our day was, i would like to thank Alby for being so wonderful to us. For inviting us and for preparing yummy delicious food!!! (you'll see later...). and also her husband Ariel, whom we though was not there while we were laughing out loud (literally).

Our call time was 7:30 in the morning.... Henry drove me to Donna's place, picked her up then brought us to Sm Mall of Asia where I will meet with Nina and Lee. When we arrived a MOA, Donna and I decided to have a cup of coffee at Starbucks while waiting for otheres to come. Then a few minutes later, Nina came. I really miss this girl. Then Lee came to pick us up. We called Bjay and she told us that she would meet us at Island Cove. Then shortly we arrived at Alby's place.

What we did.... first, were so excited to see Alby's finished scrap area. And really, its so gorgeous!!! I really wish I have that enough space for me to also have a gorgeous scrap area. Im sure Alby is so excited to put her things there and start using her new tables etc...

Then we began to scrap. One of our agenda was to make an ATC and Swap it with each other there! its my first ATC ever so i seek the help of Nina who showed us that making ATC was very easy. Here's my very first ATC...then, here's a group pic of our ATCs....from top (left to right): Alby, Donna, Bjay
bottom (left to right): Cookie, Lee, Nina
And during the swap, I get to have Nina's ATC! Thanks Nina!
I was able to finish a layout too!!!

then lunch time came.... wow!!!! the food was so yummy!!! (thanks Alby) So yummy that I really Over-ate that day. Everyone felt that their tummies were already full but really cant help but do another round of eating!!! And this is the favorite of the day.... Laing!!! So delicious that I ate a lot and Lee, who doesnt like to eat veggies, returned 3X another serving!!!!
Here are some snap shots of us!
Then here's a photo of us scrapping...For merienda, Alby prepared pasta and bread for us... So delicious. We felt like were dinning at an Italian Restaurant. Lee has also prepared some yummy brownies for all of us to eat!!! She attended baking lesson at Heny Sison, (im giving you a clue on how yummy it was!) For more stories and pics of our yummy meryanda (snacks), go visit Lee's blog.

We really had a blast yesterday. Fun scrapping, chatting and eating with everyone... Looking forward to the next scrapmeet!
