Scrappy Blessings...

Its great to be able to scrap again... Actually, I really need to scrap to keep myself from feeling sad and depressed. The difficulties that accompanies adjusting to a new country is taking its toll on me these past few days again... how i really wish I can cope with everything thats going on in an instant. But, I'm ok... I'm just praying that things will get better for me.

Since I'm scrapping again... I have been receiving some scrapping blessings these past few days which motivates me more to do even better.

Here is one...I have been invited to create a mini book project for their product challenge. It will be featured in the upcoming issue of Scrapbooking Memories Vol.12 No.4. I was so excited and so honored creating this mini album for them. Thank you SBM!!! I hope you all would watch out for it.

2nd... I tried to apply for a design team spot at Nikki Sivils.I did not get a DT spot but i was still so happy having my name on the Honorable Mention's List!!! You can view the announcement here. I would like to congratulate my fellow Pinays who is also on the list... Janis Medina, Sarah De Guzman amd LG Belarmino.

I joined Kaisercrafts Sketch Challenge for January. And guess what?! I won!!! Yahoo!!! Read the announcement here.

and yesterday, i received my prize!!! It contains the newest line of Kaisercrafts which is the Devonshire. Thank you Kaisercrafts!!!3rd... I have created this for Kayla's Color Challenge at Scrapbook Savvy. The challenge was to use Violet - Orange and Aqua on a page... Here was my take...Title: Jolly as ever

Hugs Cookie! I know it's hard being away from your family & friends here. But you are with your family there and I'm sure it makes it easier to cope with the new environment. Just hang tough. And wow!!! Lots of scrappy winnings. So true, let your scrapping be your diversion from missing being away from home. Hugs!!!

Cookie! I hope things do get better for you - I can relate to the feelings of moving to a new city, the unknown, missing family and friends etc - it's hard but be strong!!! On the other news - congrats all round on everything! Can't wait to check out your product challenge in SBM (I just completed my first one for them and will be in Vol 12 No 5 - woohoo), and the Kaiser win, the HM for Nikki Sivils and everything else! You truly deserve it :D
